Pressure Washer Servicing & Repairs Brisbane | Hydromat Services

Hydromat Services provides professional servicing and repairs for commercial and industrial high pressure washers. We work on petrol, electric and diesel pressure cleaners, including cold water units and hot water pressure washers with diesel-fired burners.

Routine servicing should be completed on your pressure washer, petrol/diesel or electric, every 6 months or 200 hours – which ever comes first. This helps protect against costly and preventable damage to your pressure washer and downtime for your business.

In the event of a pressure washer malfunction – whether loss of pressure, leaking, pulsing, not starting, overheating, smoking, tripping power, or failing to heat – our team can inspect, diagnose and repair using quality parts and practical workshop experience.

Servicing is best performed at our Bethania workshop and can also be scheduled onsite for large and fixed installations where required.

Regular pressure washer servicing is the best defence against preventable damage and premature expiry of your pressure washer. Many small and common ‘little’ issues can be consistently creating significant damage to your pressure washer – a small leak from the trigger, a jumping unloader, a flutter or vibration under load. Regular servicing at the sooner of 200 hours operation or 6 months elapsed, helps reduce breakdowns, protect your pump and extend machine life. A routine service include:

  • Pump oil changes
  • Valve and seal assessment
  • Leak inspection
  • Nozzle and pressure check
  • Unloader inspection
  • Hose, gun and lance inspection
  • Engine servicing
  • Burner service for hot water machines
  • Safety and operating checks
